Hello, I'm Hilary.

One of my greatest joys in this work is helping others know themselves better and deepen the relationships they have in supportive communities. I work with children, teens, college students, or adults of any age trying to navigate life as a human. I feel deeply for those who are overwhelmed with life and are searching for coping skills and authentic connections. It would be my privilege to sit with you in the hard spaces as you seek hope, growth, and relief. You are not alone.

After I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training, I realized my true passion for connecting with others on a deeper level. This led me to pursue a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University. I am currently working as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Murfreesboro, TN (LMFT #1697).
