Do you accept insurance?

I am currently able to accept Aetna, Cigna, and Optum insurance. Additionally, I'm happy to provide paperwork to clients who are interested in contacting their own insurance companies to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

What is the fee without insurance?

My typical rate is $100 per 50-minute session. However, I do hold a limited number of spots on my caseload for clients who may benefit from a lower, sliding-scale rate. If you are interested in learning more about my sliding scale availability, please reach out.

What is your cancellation policy?

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, I request that they let me know at least 24 hours before the start time of their session. If a client cancels or requests to reschedule their appointment less than 24 hours before the start time of their session, the client is responsible for paying 50% the cost of the session. If a client does not give any notice that they will not be able to make it to their appointment, the client is responsible for the full cost of the session. No charge for a missed session or late cancellation will be made without first notifying the client.

I do understand that sometimes life circumstances like car trouble, illness, or other unexpected happenings make it impossible to give notice 24 hours in advance. Compassion will be extended in these instances, and I ask that my clients extend compassion in return if life similarly affects me.
